  4. What do I do if I can’t find the project number I’m looking for?
    1. Please use the project 1001 GO LIVE HOLD
  5. I want to delete my time. How do I do that?
    1. Please email Payroll@long.com for help with a screenshot of the exact timesheet you want to delete. Right now, we have turned off the setting that allows you to delete timesheet.
  6. I can’t find the Service Call ID I need. Where can I enter time for Service?
    1. Please use CE-FS Mobile to enter time to Service calls, see below.

 

Putting time to Work Orders (Service calls/ tickets):

 

  1. What link should I use for Service Time Entry?
    1. For the Web browser: https://operations-long-erp.crm.dynamics.com/ the FS Mobile App
    2. For the phone: search for Dynamics 365 Field Service in the Apple Store or the work Google Play store
  2. Can I use Single Sign on?
    1. Yep! You may have to use Microsoft Authenticator to sign in.
  3. My app isn’t working
    1. Please try logging into the web browser version at least once to see if you have access to the FS Mobile App
    2. If you do not have access to the web browser, or that does not fix your problem, please email supportteam@long.com
