Issue: You try to open a GP Window (like Smartlist). It seems to open, but you do not see the window. Usually this is because it has opened in a position that is off your screen.

Cause: This happens because we use a shared installation of GP through Terminal Server and some users have more monitors then you do. GP opens the window on a monitor you do not have.

Resolution: To fix this you are going to need to move the window to a place you can see it. To do that please follow these instructions;

Right-click on the Windows taskbar (the bar on the bottom of your screen) and select Cascade Windows from the pop-up menu.
Hold down the Shift key, then right-click on the appropriate application icon in the Windows taskbar. For GP you will have an application icon for each window you have, so you will need to make sure and select the one that is for the window that is off screen.
On the resulting pop-up, select the Move option.
Begin pressing the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the invisible window from off-screen to on-screen. After a few clicks you should be able to move the mouse and the window will pop onto your screen.
