Description

                SSPR allows users to reset password and or change password in the event of lockout or other.

Cause

                Locked out of your account, forgot your password or simply need to change password.

Fix

                To fix this follow the steps below to unlock or change your password.

1. Open a Web browser and go to  https://aka.ms/sspr  
2. Enter your User ID: (youremailaddress@long.com) and the special Characters from the picture

3. Choose an option
   1. I forgot my password – This will allow you to change your password.
   2. I know my password, but still can’t sign in- This will unlock your account.

4. Choose a verification method. And follow the prompts

5. Enter your Verification code and click next.

6. Upon doing so your account should now be unlocked.
